Easy Healthy Breakfast Muffins Recipe

 

Ingredients

2 eggs
3/4 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
1/2 to 3/4 cup date sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 mushed bananas
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 cup sliced strawberries

Method

Mix all ingredients, pour into 12 lined muffin cups and bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes.
